Product overview
Designed for an informed trial.
Stabilized Papain Liquid is designed for manufacturers who want the convenience of liquid dosing with a defined storage and stability profile. It may suit repeated production, closed transfer or applications where rapid distribution is important. The formulation must still be checked against process water, other ingredients, contact materials and the intended finished product. ProEnzyme provides the applicable storage and shelf-life information with the selected grade.
- Easy addition to tanks, marinades and liquid premixes
- Defined storage guidance for the selected formulation
- Reduced airborne powder handling
- Activity options for pilot and production trials

Product FAQ
Before you qualify a grade
What does the TU activity figure mean?
TU is an activity result, not simply a percentage of papain. Compare grades only when the test method, sample basis and reporting units are the same. ProEnzyme confirms these details in the specification and COA.
How do I choose the right activity?
Start with the substrate, pH, temperature, contact time, batch size and target result. A controlled trial normally gives a better answer than choosing the highest activity number.
Can ProEnzyme support commercial supply?
Yes. ProEnzyme is a papain producer and supplier. Share your grade, volume, destination country, packaging and documentation needs so availability can be confirmed.
