Product overview

Designed for an informed trial.

Stabilized Papain Powder combines papain activity with a formulation designed to protect performance during storage and use. It is a practical option when the material must move through blending, packing or longer supply chains before application. Stabilization does not remove the need for correct storage, dust control or process trials. ProEnzyme confirms the carrier or stabilizing system, activity method and shelf-life conditions for the selected grade before supply.

  • Designed to support activity retention during stated shelf life
  • Useful for premixes and repeat production schedules
  • Available across a broad activity range
  • Clear storage and handling instructions for the selected grade

Product FAQ

Before you qualify a grade

What does the TU activity figure mean?

TU is an activity result, not simply a percentage of papain. Compare grades only when the test method, sample basis and reporting units are the same. ProEnzyme confirms these details in the specification and COA.

How do I choose the right activity?

Start with the substrate, pH, temperature, contact time, batch size and target result. A controlled trial normally gives a better answer than choosing the highest activity number.

Can ProEnzyme support commercial supply?

Yes. ProEnzyme is a papain producer and supplier. Share your grade, volume, destination country, packaging and documentation needs so availability can be confirmed.
