Product overview
Designed for an informed trial.
Ultra Refined Papain Liquid is intended for processes where a ready-to-meter liquid is easier to use than a powder. It can reduce powder handling and support even distribution through dosing systems, marinades or liquid premixes. The 60 TU to 200 TU range gives formulators room to select a practical starting strength. Compatibility, preservation, storage temperature and microbiological requirements are confirmed for the selected liquid grade.
- Direct metering into liquid processes
- Fast dispersion without a separate powder wetting step
- Useful for automated or staged addition
- Refined option for applications needing closer appearance control

Product FAQ
Before you qualify a grade
What does the TU activity figure mean?
TU is an activity result, not simply a percentage of papain. Compare grades only when the test method, sample basis and reporting units are the same. ProEnzyme confirms these details in the specification and COA.
How do I choose the right activity?
Start with the substrate, pH, temperature, contact time, batch size and target result. A controlled trial normally gives a better answer than choosing the highest activity number.
Can ProEnzyme support commercial supply?
Yes. ProEnzyme is a papain producer and supplier. Share your grade, volume, destination country, packaging and documentation needs so availability can be confirmed.
