Product overview
Designed for an informed trial.
Ultra Refined Papain Powder is made for customers who need a clean, easy-to-handle powder with a clearly stated activity. The wide 50 TU to 1100 TU range allows the starting grade to be matched to the process instead of forcing every application to use one strength. It can be evaluated for meat tenderising, food processing, protein hydrolysis, toothpaste formulations and selected cosmetic research. Final suitability depends on the complete specification, local rules and validation in the customer's own formulation.
- Broad activity range for low-dose and high-activity trials
- Simple dry blending and accurate batch addition
- Suitable where colour, odour and consistency need closer control
- Batch documentation supports incoming quality checks

Product FAQ
Before you qualify a grade
What does the TU activity figure mean?
TU is an activity result, not simply a percentage of papain. Compare grades only when the test method, sample basis and reporting units are the same. ProEnzyme confirms these details in the specification and COA.
How do I choose the right activity?
Start with the substrate, pH, temperature, contact time, batch size and target result. A controlled trial normally gives a better answer than choosing the highest activity number.
Can ProEnzyme support commercial supply?
Yes. ProEnzyme is a papain producer and supplier. Share your grade, volume, destination country, packaging and documentation needs so availability can be confirmed.
